A man who was humble, kind, and generous. The women of the ’50s loved him for this. He is the great Atam Prakash Khanna.
One sunny morning in 1957, he ventured out on his bicycle carrying the most wonderful prints. Many a heart he stole with his talk & what he sold. Over the years, he worked hard, did well & opened a shop in Shankar Market.
A.P. Khanna first opened the doors to his Shankar Market store in 1958.
He thought of his store as his home & that all who came would be made to feel at home.
Today his son, a man with charm & style, Vipin Khanna, carries on the legend.
